To schedule your equipment rental, we request that you provide us with as much advance notice as possible although we may have equipment readily available if needed. Please review the terms outlined below and send the required information via Facebook Messenger or text message, or a call if that is how you prefer to do business. I do prefer a text because I have written information to work with. 

 

Our rates are structured as follows:

 

- Daily Rate: $349 (including Sundays)

- Weekly Rate: $1475

- Delivery Fee: $150

- Refundable Deposit: $250 (this amount will be fully refunded, provided the equipment is returned undamaged and refueled to the level it was received, typically full. Actual fuel costs will be deducted from the deposit after we refill the tank.) (you’ll receive a picture via text of the pump)

- Operator Fee: $45 per hour

 

To secure your reservation, Please Fill Out the Form to the Right and We will email you an invoice to review and approve.

 

Please note that while the invoice is not due until we arrive with the equipment, it must be settled prior to unloading. If you choose to hire an operator, payment will be due upon job completion, and no deposit will be required. However, a $60 per day fuel charge will apply if we operate the equipment for you.

 

Invoices will be sent through Stripe and can be paid online. We accept all forms of payment, with a preference for cash or Cash App to minimize transaction fees associated with credit card processing, however if you choose to pay online, we do not pass any fees on to the customer.
