"I like to share & teach what I have learned over the years. Every experience is a learning occasion as long as we remember it. Life has so many good things to teach us and we can help others by sharing what we have learned with others. Since I like telling stories anyway, writing a book about my business experience was a good way to get started as an author. Life is good and a little funny too is all about my life lessons and what I learned from them. My other business book is more for the serious entrepreneur. Working by the hour or trading your time for money is a rough way to make a living. There are much better ways as I share in that book. However, what I really enjoy is writing the children's books. It's along the same lines as learning from mistakes. We all make them and children can learn from them as well. I like to rhyme when I can and make the children stories interesting enough to hold their attention while at the same time teaching a practical lesson. It is really a labor of love.

I live in the mountains of Virginia with my wife Joanna and my middle son Matthew lives very close. Matthew and I have started an Airbnb business. Right now we have three campers on our property for people to come and enjoy. We plan on putting up an A-frame small house, a treehouse and at least one yurt. It is very enjoyable to see people come here with their families and camp. Sometimes just a husband and wife. They get to have fun making s'mores at the fire and watch a movie on a big screen outdoor theater. Or just soak in a hot tub in the woods and talk.
